You should receive the merchandise palletized if this is how it has left our warehouse.

At the time of delivery by the transport agency, the client must check and confirm the number of packages and their condition before signing the delivery note. In the event of breakage or damage to the packaging, we advise you not to sign the delivery note, as your signature signifies agreement that the goods are in correct condition. If it is not possible for the client to carry out the inspection at the time of delivery, they must indicate “DAMAGED PALLET / PACKAGE” on the carrier's delivery note.

IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST INDICATE "PALLET / PACKAGE DAMAGED" ON THE TRANSPORTER’S DELIVERY NOTE IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING.
IF THIS OBSERVATION IS NOT INDICATED IN WRITING, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INCIDENCE THAT COULD EXIST EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED IN TIME.

The company does not accept claims that have not been notified in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. This must be sent to the email addressinfo@vpinteriorismo.com, attaching photographs of the damaged product.

In the event that the goods present a different type of issue other than breakage, such as a manufacturing defect, this must also be notified in writing within a period of 72 hours from the receipt of the goods to the same email: info@vpinteriorismo.com. Returns for this type of incident notified within the first 72 hours must be made in the original packaging, and the product must not have been assembled or used. First, the damaged product will be collected, and once its condition has been verified at the factory, it will be replaced.

The company does not accept returns of products that have been handled or assembled under any circumstances.

The company policy regarding returns of defective merchandise will always consist of replacing the item, except in cases where it is impossible due to lack of stock. Only if replacement is impossible will the corresponding amount be credited to the following invoice.

The company does not accept returns for any other reason.

Given the handcrafted nature of production, items in our catalog may undergo slight variations in their characteristics within tolerance margins; this will not be considered a reason for a "defective merchandise" return under any circumstances.

For specific cases, we advise verifying all information with the technical department, as returns for technical reasons of that nature will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any discrepancy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Ourense (Spain).
