Our website is aimed exclusively at professionals in the sector. To place an order, it is necessary to register as a client. Once the data has been verified, a provisional password will be provided, allowing you to browse our website securely to discover the product catalog, their features, and costs.

The process is very simple: you only have to add the products to the shopping cart. Upon confirming the order on the website, a copy will be sent to you by email so that you have all the information. After completing the first purchase, a permanent password will be provided.

2 HOW TO BUY ON OUR WEBSITE

The website is for exclusive sale to professionals in the sector. The first step is to register as a client, and once the data is verified, the purchasing process can begin.

A temporary access key will be sent via email to access the website, discover our catalog, and place your order.

WAYS TO LOCATE A PRODUCT:

• DROP-DOWN CATEGORY MENU: by clicking on one of the categories, images of the corresponding products will be displayed. To access information for each one, simply click on the image to view the complete product sheet and its cost, and you can then proceed with your purchase.
• SEARCH ENGINE: through keywords or the article reference if you know it. All possible options or the specific item will appear. Once all products have been added to the shopping cart, it is very easy to review and ensure that everything selected is included. It is possible to make any modification to the shopping cart as many times as necessary before confirming the order. To process the order, simply follow the indicated steps. Once the process is finished, a copy of your order will be sent to you via email for your information.

3 GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Please note that the carrier's obligation is to drop off the order outside your store, not inside, always at street level.  

If the delivery address for an order involves any special conditions (restricted access hours, delivery truck size, etc.), it must be communicated in advance to the email info@vpinteriorismo.com

In general, goods are sent palletized, and shipping details are communicated by email the moment the goods leave our warehouses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include handling, logistics, packaging, and transport. The shipping costs for your order depend on its volume; you can consult them by contacting us by phone, as we are always ready to assist you.

*MINIMUM ORDER FOR FREE SHIPPING:

*the amount corresponds to the gross value of the goods, excluding taxes or any other expenses that may be generated.  

Canary Islands:* shipping costs apply to deliveries in: Las Palmas and Tenerife.

Other destinations have an additional transshipment cost that will be included in the invoice, following information provided to the client.

Balearic Islands:* shipping costs apply to deliveries in: Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza. Other destinations have an additional transshipment cost that will be included in the invoice, following information provided to the client.

Portugal: delivery always on the mainland.

4 DELIVERY TIMES

As a general rule, items in stock will be shipped within 8-10 business days. The rest of the items will be shipped according to the availability date, which can be checked on our website. During periods of heavy workload, delivery times may be affected. In any case, customers will be informed of any changes.
